Q: Are tickets being sold at the door of the event? 

A: NO. Tickets must be ordered by Jan 11th.

Q: Can my team reserve a table?
A: NO. Table seating is open, but we encourage you to arrive early and "SAVE" a table for your team, family, or friends.

Q: What time does the event start?
A: The events starts at 6:00 pm (check-in tables open at 5:45). The stage presentation begins at 6:45pm.The event is being held at Red & Jerry's Event Center 1840 West Oxford, Sheridan, 80110.

Q: Will I be receiving tickets?
A: YES. You will be sent an E-TICKET once your payment has been received. We will begin sending E-TICKETS out after Jan 11th. You must provide your E-TICKET for entry at the event center.

 

Q: Do players & coaches have to buy a ticket?

A: YES. Everyone attending the event is required to purchase a ticket. Each ticket price covers the cost for  food, beverages, prizes, t-shirts, and facility.  We have worked diligently to provide a high quality event at the lowest price possibles so everyone can attend. 


Q: Will players receive a t-shirt?
A: YES. Because we have to pre-order the t-shirts, only players that have registered for tickets by Jan 11th and have sent in their payment into RSC will receive an event t-shirt.
