Skills Factory Kicks Off in Style!!!

          This week marked the start of our indoor programs here at Riverside Soccer Club. On Monday night the unique Gators F.A.S.T program was introduced followed by the challenging Skills Factory for our younger players (9 and 10). Wednesday night was our Skills Factory for 11 and 12 year olds and you can see them pictured above. The programs were a huge success and everyone had fun working on aerial control in the Skills Factory.

           All participants received a brand new designed program T-shirt and had fun with our specialist coaches, working on their skills and meeting new friends. All the programs were held at Sheridan Recreational Center.

           Coach Richard Weston who led the programs said that he was extremely happy with everyone involved. One of the parents in attendance said that she was impressed with the way the program was run, especially as the focus was on the individual player and what needs they had rather than grouping. Another parent also stated "The ratio of coaches to players enabled participants of all abilities to be involved in the same session. It was very enlightening."
